What are you doing with the minutes and hours of this life? What are you making of yourself as the days fly away, as the months pass by?
To practice the quality of equanimity, it is important to learn how to stop being a slave of one’s emotions. In the meditation of this school, we aim to be able to observe how any emotion is born and drop it right at the place where it is born.
We are so worried, so constantly anxious, running as fast as we can in circles round our little Self. It’s as if we already know inside from the beginning that it is just an image, fake, put-together.
